PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE STOCK ORDERING WEBSITE. 

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these T&C’s, please do not use this site.

 

ORDERING: Ordering must be placed online via our secure online ordering system. For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, it is advised to discuss your order by email before placing it. You may also call to collect goods with prior arrangement and agreed notice and having already place the order for goods online, goods may not be collected any other way. 

All orders must  be received by 11am in order to be processed that day during Monday to Friday. If orders are received before 11am, they will be automatically dispatched that day for next day delivery unless stated otherwise in the “Order Special Instructions” box on the final page of the ordering site. Fridays dispatch will be for Monday delivery unless otherwise arranged but this may incur an additional cost from the courier, should you wish a Saturday delivery.  It is very important that this is noted in the “Order Special Instructions” box on the final page of the ordering site.

Please note when you add products to your shopping cart they will NOT be taken off stock until you complete the checkout process and complete your order… Having items in your shopping cart will not guarantee you get the products as you can be beaten to the checkout by another franchisee.

EMERGANCY ORDERS:

If you are requiring products under emergency circumstance, we will do everything we can to help you within our ability.

DELIVERY: 

Standard delivery is with Parcel Force. Parcel Forces is owned by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues one the products leave our premises.

As of August 2024 Parcel Forces prices are as follows;

Express 24, delivery the next day and is £2.40 per item, minimum consignment is £4.55
Express 10, delivery the next day by 10am and is £5.50 per item, minimum consignment is £7.70

The largest single box size is a 6ft Christmas tree.  When picking and packing orders we try at all times to help save you delivery charges by packing smaller items into larger boxes, if there is room.

Once the order is dispatch you will be informed of a tracking number by text and email, directly from Parcel Force.

Dedicated Courier is with Cargo 2 Go and may be selected as your preference at the time of ordering in the “Order Special Instructions”.  You will need your own account with Cargo 2 go to use this service.  If you book in a Cargo 2 Go collection you must inform us of the time and date so we can ensure your order is ready in time. Unless specifically arranged and confirmed in advance, Cargo 2 Go should not be booked in before 12 noon for same day orders and deliveries. The latest collection for Cargo 2 Go is 5pm.

Parcel Force Pallets can be selected for larger orders for mainland UK only. This may be more cost effective for larger orders.  A pallet size is 1220mm x 1200mm and can be 2400 high with a maximum weight of 1200kg.  As of August 2024 the cost of a pallet is £62 plus 16% fuel surcharge.

COLLECTIONS: Goods can be collected only if you clearly agree this on your order under the “Order Special Instructions” section. You must specify the date and time of collection. You may change this this date and time off collection after placing the order as long as its 24 hours before this date and time.  After this date, and for “no show” collections we will restock the items and charge a 5% restocking fee. The latest time for collection is 5pm, unless specifically arranged and agreed in advance.

It is important that people collecting are capable of loading your vehicle with us and have the authority to check the order.

ALTERNATIVES: There are several items that are very similar to one another, mostly in the floral department. If we cannot fulfil your order as requested, we will use our discretion and supply an alternative, similar product. We will notify you in advance if this happens.

PRICES: Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. The prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.  However, in extreme circumstances, such as shipping cost increases or exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to pass on the increase in cost and add it to the products price. We will honour orders already placed.

If there is a pricing glitch, we may honour the lower price but are not obligated to.  We have the right to refuse to take the wrongly displayed sum and withdraw the product from sale until we have remedied the error.

PAYMENTS: We accept most major credit or debit cards over the phone and BACS payments. There is a 2% admin charge for Credit Card payments. If making a direct bank transfer you must notify us as you are doing it so we can look out for the incoming payment.

CANCELLATIONS: If an order is placed and you then cancel it after it has been picked we will charge you a 5% restocking charge for having to handle it and time wasted.

CREDIT: Credit is STRICTLY 30 DAYS NETT days from the date of the order being placed. If your account is overdue, then your account will be placed on hold until any outstanding monies have been settled.  If your order exceeds your credit limit, you will need to make a manual payment for the order to be processed.

RETURNS: You can return any item for a refund or you can exchange it for a different product or colour within 7 days of receiving your original order for a restocking charge of 5%. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Please contact us on stockqueries@thechristmasdecorators.com  immediately if this is required. All goods will be inspected on return, and they are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure goods are returned to us in the original condition and packaging. We will refund the value of the goods.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: Any Damaged items must be reported to stockqueries@thechristmasdecorators.com  immediately after the receipt of the goods and no later than 24hours.  There is no exception to this requirement.

To ensure accuracy, all orders dispatched are double and triple checked under CCTV. Every delivery received should be checked immediately and any missing items reported to us. It is essential to check all boxes before assuming and reporting anything as being missing. As stated in “DELIVERY” we try to reduce your delivery charges by putting smaller items in larger boxes if space allows us to do so. Any report of missing or lost items received after the above deadline will be refused.  We cannot be held responsible for Courrier and transport losses.

FAULTY ITEMS: Any Faulty items must be reported to us on stockqueries@thechristmasdecorators.com immediately after the fault is discovered. Details of the fault must be provided via the fault reporting process and if applicable we will provide you with an immediate replacement, or if unavailable and alternative or credit note. Any items that have been damaged through improper use will not be accepted.

CLAIMS: Goods that are lost or damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately on stockqueries@thechristmasdecorators.com  with photographic proof of any damage. For missing deliveries please first check that the courier has not left a note at your premises and remember you are responsible for collecting goods from the nearest depot should you miss a delivery. Delivery is by a courier who is third party company us. We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES: We cannot accept liability for consequential losses made by late delivery or damaged/faulty products.
