Question: Can I use a plug-lead and rectifier if I can't find or break the transformer?
Answer: No, please contact head office to arrange a replacement transformer. You will destroy the light chain if you use a plug-lead and rectifier.

Question: Can I connect it to other products like garland, lights and wreaths?
Answer: No this the tree is not connectable 
  
Question: Can I use the tree outdoor?
Answer: No, although the lights will not fail the branches and hinges with rust as a result of oxidation.
